HOW WE WORK

  Our approach is never a "one size fits all", because we know that every agency is different, has its own unique circumstances, and operates within its own unique environment.  We chose the  words "synergy" and "partners" as our business name because they represent our approach to consulting.  Our goal is to truly partner with each agency to create a combined effort that is greater than each of us alone.  To do this we follow a fairly simple 3-step approach: Clarify, Collaborate, Customize.  This allows us to fully appreciate each agency's situation and expectations, work with key individuals from each agency, and together customize solutions that best fit each agency.  We want each agency to be successful for the long term on its own.
